Draft Traditional and Khoi-San Leadership Bill, 2024 – Bill Review and Summary (2025)

The deadline to submit comments on the Draft Traditional and Khoi-San Leadership Bill, 2024 is approaching.

Friday 28 February 2025 will be the final day to share your views on the draft Bill.

Natural Justice will be hosting a training session in preparation for the submission of comments and to engage interested and affected communities on the Bill.

A summary of the Draft Bill that simplifies the Bill and the legislative process, and to help communities submit comments and participate in future public engagement processes will be shared on this website on Tuesday 25 February 2024.

You can register here to attend the online training session between 11am and 1pm on Tuesday.
