Winnie Njoroge is the Human Resource Officer-East Africa Hub, tasked with providing strategic oversight, development and implementation of HR systems, policies & procedures and effective people & culture management.
She is a versatile and passionate Human Resource (HR) Practitioner with over 8 years’ experience and a capacity for generating and implementing effective HR, Operations, Administration and Procurement strategies in the private, NGO and Civil Society organizations sectors. She is well versed in areas of HR policy development and implementation, HR systems and process management, succession planning and development, employee engagement, learning and development, Diversity. Equity and Inclusion, legal and HR risk management, change and culture management, talent acquisition and management and safeguarding.
Winnie is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP-K), a Certified Public Secretary CPS (K) and a Full Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Additionally, she is an MBA (Human Resource Management) graduate from The University of Nairobi and holds a BSc. Degree in Communications and Public Relations from Moi University.
