Stefana Raharijaona joined Natural Justice in October 2020 as a programme officer in Madagascar, mostly supporting the implementation of the Standing with Communities and Defending Rights streams.
Stefana graduated with a Master in Internal and International Public Law from the University of Antananarivo, during which he worked as a trainee with CIRAD. He then worked as a consultant in environmental law with the LRA (Laboratory for Applied Research). He also worked freely as a legal adviser for the network of local communities « TAFO MIHAAVO ».
He is currently finishing his PhD at the University of Antananarivo about community participation in sustainable management of forests.
