Stefana Raharijaona est actuellement Chargé de programme Senior. Il a rejoint Natural Justice en octobre 2020 en tant que chargé de programme à Madagascar, appuyant principalement la mise en œuvre des volets Standing with Communities et Defending Rights.
Stefana est diplômé d’un Master en droit public interne et international de l’Université d’Antananarivo, durant lequel il a travaillé comme stagiaire au CIRAD. Il a ensuite travaillé comme consultant en droit de l’environnement au sein du LRA (Laboratoire de Recherche Appliquée). Il a également été conseiller juridique bénévole pour le réseau de collectivités locales ” TAFO MIHAAVO “.
Il termine actuellement son doctorat à l’Université d’Antananarivo sur la participation communautaire dans la gestion durable des forêts.

Stefana Raharijaona is currently Senior Program Manager. He joined Natural Justice in October 2020 as a programme officer in Madagascar, mostly supporting the implementation of the Standing with Communities and Defending Rights streams.
Stefana graduated with a Master’s degree in Internal and International Public Law from the University of Antananarivo, during which he worked as a trainee with CIRAD. He then worked as a consultant in environmental law with the LRA (Laboratory for Applied Research). He also volunteered as a legal adviser for the network of local communities « TAFO MIHAAVO ».
He is currently finishing his PhD at the University of Antananarivo focusing on community participation in sustainable management of forests.
