Maimouna MBAYE a rejoint Natural Justice en Octobre 2021. Son travail consiste à la gestion administrative et financière du Hub Dakar – Afrique de l’Ouest.
Avec son Diplôme Supérieur d’études en Comptabilité de Gestion(DSECG) et son Diplôme Supérieur Comptable (DSC), elle a commencé a travaillé dans les ONG de 2009 à 2017 avec comme Bailleurs l’USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates Fondation, Pfizer, le Fonds Mondial etc… Elle a ainsi accumulé des expériences riches en finances-comptabilité, budgétisation, prévisions, Rapport des donateurs, l’audit interne, les Ressources Humaines et l’Administration. En 2018 elle a rejoint une multinationale de distribution où elle gérait les finances et l’administration au niveau des pays de l’Afrique de l’Ouest.
Elle a commencé en 2020 son Certification Management Accounting (CMA) Part 1 dans l’Institut London International Studies and Research Center et compte continuer la Part 2.

With her Higher Diploma of Studies in Management Accounting (DSECG) and her Higher Diploma of Accounting (DSC), she started working in NGOs from 2009 to 2017 with donors such as USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Pfizer, Global Fund etc… She has thus accumulated rich experience in finance-accounting, budgeting, forecasting, donor reporting, internal audit, Human Resources and Administration. In 2018 she joined a multinational retail company where she managed the finance and administration at the West African country level.
In 2020 she started her Certification Management Accounting (CMA) Part 1 in the London Institute International Studies and Research Center and plans to continue Part 2.
