Programme Officer: Extractives and Infrastructure and Climate Change
Allan is a young admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa passionate about human rights, and how these fundamental rights are protected, enforced and promoted within underprivileged and resource-restricted community contexts. He is avidly interested in the interplay between socio-economic rights and environmental justice as they affect communities and individuals.
Allan holds a Bachelors and Masters of Law degree from the University of Cape Town, where he specialised in Human Rights Law. In line with his passion for human rights, socio-economic rights and environmental justice, Allan joined Natural Justice as a Programme Officer in order to provide legal empowerment to a number of communities that Natural Justice represents.
