Sylvia Barinor Nwidadah joined Natural Justice in 2025 as fellow. She is a dedicated legal practitioner from Kpean, a village in Ogoniland, Rivers State, Nigeria. With over eight years of post-call experience, she holds First Class Honours from both Benson Idahosa University and the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus. Sylvia has a deep-rooted passion for environmental and human rights advocacy, particularly within marginalized communities affected by environmental degradation.

Her commitment is personal—growing up in a community severely impacted by oil pollution, she witnessed firsthand the devastating effects on fertile lands and rivers that once sustained her people. This lived experience fuels her mission to use the law as a tool for justice, amplifying the voices of those too often unheard. Sylvia continues to work toward meaningful change, championing the rights of communities that have long been overlooked.
