Victor Oteku

Research Fellow

Victor joined Natural Justice as a research fellow in October 2020. He will work with the research team across the thematic areas. He will assist in primary and secondary data collection, analysis, and report writing. He will also assist in data management using qualitative and quantitative methods and tools.

He brings in a wealth of experience in the Management of Research and Development Initiatives. Victor’s area of expertise includes Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Political Economy Analysis, Gender Analysis, Good Governance, and Project Management. He is not only valuable as a researcher but also as a writer with strong opinions on community empowerment and public participation which are crucial elements of environmental justice.

Victor holds a BA in Economics and a minor in German from the university of Nairobi. He also has an MSc. DEM (Development Evaluation and Management) from the university of Antwerp, Belgium and an MA MNPO (Management of Nonprofit Organisations) from Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences.
