Ferdinand joins Natural Justice as a Legal Fellow working with the Kenyan team across all programs.
Prior to joining the Nairobi hub, Ferdinand served as a legal officer in an organization involved in empowering women and the youth economically. The organization focused its empowerment program in informal settlements and rural areas by providing access to funds to start and grow their businesses.
Ferdinand has also worked with the Makueni County government in the development of a policy for the sustainable exploitation of sand. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Moi University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Ferdinand believes sustainable development to be one that is in harmony with the environment and takes into consideration the ongoing climate change challenge. For him, this can only be achieved where the needs of everyone, especially the vulnerable are taken into consideration.
