Rose is currently a programme manager of the Extractives and Infrastructure Programme at Natural Justice. She is currently overseeing the paralegal programme in the Northern region, supporting communities to participate in environmental decision making processes. Since joining Natural Jutice in 2015, she has worked on cross-cutting issues including supporting communities in developing their own community protocols as part of the Traditional Knowledge and Benefit Sharing Programme.
Rose is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding an LL.B from Moi University, a PG- Dip from the Kenya School of Law and an LL.M in Marine and Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town. She also has experience as a legal practitioner in commercial and conveyance law.
